In small cohorts of 3–6, Grants Pass students ages 5–18 build posture, bow control, intonation, rhythm, and reading—while learning to listen, blend, and follow cues. Groups are friendly, focused, and fun. Beginners are welcome.

Cohorts & Placement

We group students by age and experience so everyone feels challenged yet comfortable.

• Pre-Reader (Ages 5–7): posture/bow games, short rhythms
• Foundations (Ages 8–12): reading fluency, steady tone, early shifting prep
• Ensemble Growth (Ages 10–14): two-part textures, dynamics, rhythm independence
• Advancing (Ages 13–18): vibrato/shifting, phrasing, chamber-style skills

A short placement chat—or trial lesson—ensures the right fit.
